Community Partnerships for Older Adults
Community Partnerships for Older Adults is a national program of The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation that fosters community partnerships to improve long term care and supportive services systems to meet the current and future needs of older adults.
Their web site includes a Resource Center that showcases the issues involved with creating, maintaining and sustaining a community partnership. Resources are organized into categories including Strategic Planning, Inclusion & Diversity, Partnership Evolution, and Fiscal Strategies.
